比较优势发展战略与泛珠三角区域经济收敛

通过实证分析发现遵守比较优势发展战略并不能导致泛珠三角区域经济收敛,相反差距却是在拉大。这是因为泛珠三角大部份省的资源禀赋结构相似性很大,产业趋同导致企业缺乏竞争力;由于市场规模有限、市场发育不成熟等因素,导致现有的及潜在的比较优势难以实现,而且储蓄率、外商直接投资和人力资本存量是影响泛珠三角经济收敛是否发生的重要因素。所以,为了实现泛珠三角区域经济收敛,泛珠三角各省区在参与合作的同时,应深化比较优势发展战略,扩大对外开放,实行走出去的战略,改善区内投资环境吸引外商投资,加大教育投入提高人力资本存量。

Development Strategy of Comparative Advantage and Economic Convergence of Pan-Pearl River Delta

By empirical analysis,this paper finds that complying with the development strategy of the comparative ad-vantages cannot achieve the result of economic convergence of Pan-Pearl River Delta.On the contrary,the gap is enlarging day by day.The reason is that in this area,the endowment of resource structure is very similar with each other,so industrial convergence leads to poor competitive power.Simultaneously,limited market size and immature market factors cause the existing and potential comparative advantages difficult to achieve.Savings rate,foreign direct investment and human capital stock are the important factors influencing the formation of economic convergence of Pan-Pearl River Delta.Therefore,in order to achieve the Pan-PRD regional economic convergence,Pan-PRD provinces and regions should carry out cooperation,deepen the comparative advantage development strategy,expand opening up,improve the investment environment to attract foreign investment,and increase investment in education to improve human capital stock.
