| 摘 要： | 中国三农问题的关键在于农业的低组织化，因此解决中国三农问题应从提高农业组织化程度入手。艮好的组织形式是提高经营活动的效率、培育竞争优势的保证，影响农业经济组织运行效率的主要因素是组织的内部管理成本和市场交易费用。文章运用层次分析法对主要三种农业经济组织的运行效率进行排序，分析得出农业企业是基于组织效率目标准则下最佳的组织形式．
