基于RFID技术的供应链管理研究

摘    要:根据供应链管理发展需要,提出将RFID技术应用于供应链管理中.论文介绍了RFID(RadioFrequency Identification射频识别)技术原理,构造了基于RHD的典型供应链管理系统模型,提出以射频标签随实体在整个供应链上移动为媒介,将供应链中不同环节的信息记录下来并输入/输出到各环节识别装置中,通过网络集成到一体化信息平台中以便供应链成员共享及为整体协作提供决策支持,文章最后介绍了该模式在一些微观环节的应用.

Abstract:The article focuses on the theory of the radio frequency identification and brings forward a typical SCM (supply chain management) model based on this technology. RFID tags is provided with the larger memory capacities, noncontact style,and can be read through a variety of substances. In the angle of flow entity,if it is used in SCM, the speed of information identification will increase a lot and the entity will be tracked perfectly. The SCM that operate with RFID tags are attached to the entity can make a progress. RFID tags can record the information which are created and flow in different SCM's progress. The readers can read/write data from/to tags and these data are integated to the integrated information platform so as to support SCM leaguer's decision. At last, the article introduce the material application (manufacturing control,vendor management,transportation,requirement management,retail termination) in SCM,and think RFID will have impacts on how companies manage their supply chains.
