| 摘 要： | 创新型城市建设是国家创新体系的深化,在国家社会和经济发展中有重要作用。正确认识创新型城市的内涵才能为创新型城市建设制定正确的目标。本文从创新的定义入手,探讨创新型城市的内涵和基本特征,并提出创新型城市的路径选择。

| Abstract: | The development of the innovation-oriented city, as the deepening of the state innovation system, plays a vital role in the social and economic development of the country. A right understanding of the connotation of the innovation-oriented city is essential to the scientific goal-setting for the development of the innovation-oriented city. Starting with a definition of innovation, the paper probes into the connotation and basic characteristics of the innovation-oriented city, putting forward some alternative developing routes for the innovation-oriented city. |
