Effect Analysis of Etomidate Combined with Propofol in Painless Gastroscopy Anesthesia

Objective To analyze the effect of etomidate combined with propofol in painless gastroscopy anesthesia.Methods A total of 78 patients with painless gastroenteroscopy anesthesia admitted to Chengdu Second People’s Hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 39 cases in each group.Propofol anesthesia was used in the control group,and etomidate combined with propofol anesthesia was used in the observation group.The systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),blood oxygen saturation(SpO₂),out-of-room time,recovery time,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups.Results Before anesthesia,there was no significant difference in SBP,DBP and SpO₂ between the 2 groups of patients(P>0.05);SBP,DBP,and SpO₂ in the observation group after anesthesia were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the room leaving time and wake-up time were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of nausea,vomiting,muscle fibrillation and respiratory depression in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Etomidate combined with propofol anesthesia in painless gastroenteroscopy can effectively improve the recovery time of anesthesia,optimize life indicators and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
