| Abstract: | In the process of the globalization, the study keystone for the regulation policy has been shifting to the different points. It focuses on the shifting and makes this trend as an important venation. From the perspectives of the globalization covering developed countries, and the developing countries as well, it analyzes the new trend of the regulation policy theories by different researchers all over the world. |
