珠三角民营快递企业的发展路径研究

随着中国加入WTO后,进一步跟国际接轨,珠三角的快递企业进入一个更加迅速的发展轨道。与此同时,一方面国际快递业开始向中国市场延伸,联邦快递等知名国际快递巨头先后在中国生根落户,利用先进的管理技术和廉价的成本取得竞争优势;另一方面国营邮政EMS本身覆盖面广、资源雄厚以及机制完善的特点,加紧向长三角、珠三角等地的进军,本土民营快递企业于狭缝中生存。面对内外交困的发展窘境,本土民营快递企业要扬长避短,学习其长处,吸取其经验教训:完善自己的网络通讯建设,提高企业的服务质量以及完善企业体制以适应新环境,提高竞争力。

Research on Development Path of PRD Private Express Enterprises

After China＇s accession to WTO and further dovetailing with the international standards, the Pearl River Delta （PRD） express enterprises stepped in a more rapid development track. Meanwhile, international express industry, began to extend to the Chinese market and obtained competitive advantages by using advanced management techniques and low cost, for instance, the famous international express giant FedEx has captured the market of China. On the other hand, state-run postal EMS has stepped up approaching In Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and other places taking advantage of wide coverage, abundant resourees and perfect meehanism. Therefore, local express enterprises are surviving in the crevice. Facing dilemma of the beleaguered development, domestic private express enterprises have to avoid weaknesses, learn the advantages and draw lessons. As a eonsequenee, they should improve the communication network construction, service quality and the enterprise system in order to accommodate the new environment and improve competitiveness.
