| 摘 要： | 以人为本进行城市规划是实现城市持续健康发展的必由之路。本文深入分析了“以人为本”规划思想的形成和内涵,并进一步探讨了其在实践中的具体应用,提出在城市规划和建设过程中应注意合理进行用地功能分区、科学配套公共服务设施、把握适度空间尺度、注重地方文脉延续、实现人与自然和谐共处等。

| Abstract: | Applying humanism to urban planning is the road one must follow to realise the sustainable development of cities.Based on the systematic explaination to the origins, development and connotation of the humanistic planning ideology, this paperoffers some idea about its practical application for reference, which includes rational lands functional division, scientific distribution of public service facilities, appropriate space sizes, sustainable local cultural tradition, harmonous coexistence between humen and nature, etc. |
