| Abstract: | Based on the explanation of the current achievement made by the HSE management of well workover operation and the existing problems, the roles and methods of management ranks in promoting HSE management are presented, which mainly include the following aspects like setting up the nuclear concept of HSE management, making specific promises by the management ranks according the HSE concept, providing resource protection and support, and building up and carrying out the examination system. |
