金城银行的社会主义改造

中华人民共和国成立后，为建立社会主义计划经济体制，在全国经济领域进行了大规模的社会主义改造，由于金融业在经济中的特殊地位，改造最先从金融开始。而私营银行由于长期通货膨胀和战乱影响，大多处于极端困难的境况。为了谋得自身发展出路，同时也顺应历史潮流，大多私营银行对改造采取积极配合的态度。通过论述具有代表性的私营银行——金城银行的改造过程，借以回顾这段历史，并从中透视当时整个私营金融业的改造过程。

The Socialism Transformation of Jincheng Bank

After the founding of the People Republic of China, the Chinese government carried an extensive socialism transformation in the national economic field in order to establish socialism planned economy system. Because of the special status of the finance, transformation began from this field. Influenced by the long inflation and chaos caused by the war, most private banks were in difficulty. To pursue their own development and conform to the historical trend, most private banks took a positive attitude to the transformation. In this article, the author takes a representative private bank, Jincheng Bank, as an example to review the history of transforming process, and hopes to project the whole transformation process of private finance.
