| 摘 要： | 产业国际竞争力评价方法多采用以出口数量和国际市场份额为评价的标志。在经济全球化和FDI快速发展的条件下,出口是多国研发、生产、营销网络等优势要素资源聚集与组合的结果,不能简单地认为是本国自身优势的体现。传统理论和方法往往不能在更深的层面上准确地反映一国产业竞争力的真正水平。衡量产业国际竞争力重要标志是一国参与国际供应链环节和分享贸易利益的状况。文章尝试着结合我国实际状况,对产业国际竞争力的评价思路进行了多个角度的探索,并就如何从根本上提升我国产业国际竞争力提出了建议。
