| 摘 要： | 企业创新包括技术创新、制度创新和组织创新。文章以市场结构为切入点,分析了市场结构对企业技术创新行为的作用,并实证研究高技术产业中市场结构和企业技术创新行为之间的相关性。在此基础上,探讨了当前我国高技术企业技术创新的市场结构障碍,提出了减少过度竞争、消除行政垄断、构建成果转化机制、健全投融资政策体系、完善知识产权体系和加大国际合作等旨在改善我国高技术市场结构和提高我国高技术企业创新能力的对策。

| Abstract: | In terms of the enterprise＇s innovation,innovation also includes institutional innovation and organizational innovation.There are many complex factors affect the capacity and driving force of innovation,the paper analyzes the effect of the market structure on enterprise＇s innovation from the prospective of market structure,and empirically studies the correlation between the high-tech industry market structure and technological innovation of enterprises.On this basis,it discusses the obstacles of market structure of China＇s high-tech industry enterprise technical innovation;put forward some countermeasures aiming at improving China＇s high-tech industrial enhancing innovation capacity. |
