| 摘 要： | 文章基于东盟科技和经济的发展对南宁孵化器的国际化需求,分析了南宁建设面向东盟的国际孵化器的有利因素和存在问题,提出了孵化器的定位、目标。文章认为,南宁建设面向东盟的国际孵化器应扩大孵化器的空间、优化创新创业环境、建立国际孵化器公共技术服务平台、完善孵化器政策、加大资金扶持力度和发展科技服务机构。

| Abstract: | Based on the demand for the internationalization of Nanning Business Incubator,owing to the rapid development of ASEAN in the fields of science and economy,the essay,analyzing the favorable factors and the problems encountered during the construction of the ASEAN-oriented international incubator in Nanning,puts forward the incubator＇s position and goal.The essay takes for that,to build such an incubator,measures such as expanding incubating space,optimizing innovating environment,establishing public platform of platform,perfecting policies of incubator,intensifying financial support and nurturing technology service agents,should be taken. |
