| 摘 要： | 推进教育均衡发展,促进教育公平,既是教育工作必须长期坚持的基本指导思想,也是重庆推进城乡教育统筹发展探索与实践的重要任务.思考教育必须跳出教育,研究区域教育必须把它放到与经济社会结合、互动的层面.在"成渝经济区"、"1小时经济圈"区域经济发展的最初阶段,要尽量避免或减少"回波效应",就必须建立起城乡教育统筹发展的体制和机制,首先实现城乡教育的统筹.

| Abstract: | Promoting balanced education development and education fairness is both the long-term basic idea of education work and an important task for exploration and practice of Cbengqing overall urban - rural education development. Designing education must conduct it out of education and studying regional education must put it on the interactive level between economy and society. At the initial period of Chengdu-Cbengqing Economic Zone and One Hour Economic Circle, in order to avoid and reduce the Backwash Effect, the system and mechanism of overall urban - rural education development must be established and, at first, overall urban - rural education plan and practice must be made. |
