| 摘 要： | 近10年来,内蒙古投资率和消费率的变化偏离了合理区间。对资源型产业的过度依赖、城乡居民实际收入水平提高缓慢以及公共服务供给不足等是导致内蒙古高投资率低消费率的主要原因。破解内蒙古高投资率低消费率的路径选择就是转变发展观,调整优化经济结构,提高城乡居民收入水平,增加政府公共服务投入。
