| 摘 要： | 哈尔滨市松北区目前商品房房价过高的状况是开发商热衷于在松北区进行投资开发,购房人对松北区商品房价格、周围环境及区位优势等因素的考虑不够全面的结果.政府部门应注重对开发全过程进行监控,努力做到稳定房价、提升松北区的整体竞争力,发挥松北区先期建设中房地产开发的经济推动性,并以此构建和谐的社会环境,提高松北区经济、生活、居住环境的整体水平.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the excessively high price of the current real estate development in Harbin Songbei district,the craving of the developer on the investment development in Songbei;and the complete consideration of the house buyers on the price,environment and the location advantages;The government should strengthen the surveillance of the whole development process,stabilize the price,enhance the competitive ability of Songbei district,to elaborate the economy promotion of real estate pre-construction in Songbei, so as to construct a harmonizing social environment, and to improve the living standard of Songbei district. |
