| 摘 要： | 企业员工的创新能力是企业在激烈的市场竞争中取得优势的关键因素之一。创新思维的激发与培育是形成企业员工的创新能力的先决条件。本文运用管理学及心理学有关理论,在分析我国企业员工创新思维(能力)状况的基础上,提出了一些企业员工创新思维激发与培育的措施与方法。

The text using relevant theories of management and psychology, on the basis of analysing staff' s innovative thinking (ability) state of our country, the essay puts forward the measures and methods of stimulating and cultivating staff ' s innovative thinking. |
