| 摘 要： | 随着地勘单位和企业改革的不断深化,职工下岗分流形势日益严峻.下岗职工基本生活保障及再就业直接涉及社会稳定和部门经济的顺利发展.本文从地勘单位的实际出发,在深入分析研究了地勘系统实施"再就业工程"障碍的基础上,提出了地勘单位实施"再就业工程"的具体措施.
