China's Protection for Intellectual Property in the Economic Globalization Age——Based on the Perspective of Soft Power

In the age of the economic globalization,international competitiveness of a state is not merely dependent on traditional hard power,but increasingly on soft power originating from the intellectual property.The important strategic significance generating from the protection for intellectual property,to our state,lies in the promotion of soft power,of which the way is to enhance the capability of independent innovation,improve the socialist market economic system,reinforce the overall strength of our economy,safeguard national economic security and increase international appeal.Therefore,that strengthening the protection for intellectual property is supposed to be a long-term developmental strategy of our state.
