网络时代,消费者在利用因特网便捷的服务的同时,也面临着个人隐私权的巨大危机,世界各国为了保证网络经济的健康发展,对网络隐私权的保护提供了各种法律及社会的支持。本文探讨了网络隐私权的形式、分析了网络隐私权侵权的类型,比较了中外在网络隐私权保护方面的模式,并对完善中国的网络隐私权保护体系的建设提出了自己的见解。

International Comparative Analysis of the Right to Web Privacy Protection

In the Internet time,when consumers are enjoying convenient services provided by the Internet,they are also taking huge risks of uncovering privacy.To ensure the healthy development of the Internet economy,many countries have settled legal and social supports to protect the right to web privacy.This paper reviews the protection approaches of the right to web privacy,analyzes the types of the right to web privacy infringement,compares the different models of the right to web privacy protection between China and foreign countries,and provides author's suggestions on the improvement of China's right to web privacy protection laws.
