基于主体可计算模型的服务外包生态系统研究综述

本文通过对国内外相关研究文献的梳理,发现从生态系统视角,采用ACM方法,研究服务外包产业发展的文献比较欠缺;文章在对服务外包理论基础、服务外包产业发展、ACM方法的应用和生态系统视角的研究4个方面综述的基础上,系统阐述了服务外包生态系统的主要观点,并从研究内容、研究视角和研究方法等方面进行评价;最后对研究前景进行展望。

Research on the Ecosystem of Service Outsourcing Using Agent-based Computational Model

Through the study of the domestic and foreign research literature,we found there is lack study on ACM method-based service outsourcing industry from the ecosystem angle of view.This paper first reviews the theoretical basis of service outsourcing,service outsourcing development,application of ACM method and the research of ecosystem angle of view four aspects,then systematic elaborated the major points of service outsourcing ecosystem,and give the evaluation from the aspects of research content,angle of view and technique and so on.Finally we prospect the research perspective.
