摘    要:为了更好地确定炮闩系统中零部件备件种类和数量,在零部件故障模式分析的基础上,将模糊多属性决策的方法引入到各故障模式对整个炮闩系统可靠性危害程度分析中。通过确定各故障模式的属性及其权重,并采用梯形模糊数模拟其数学特征,应用逼近理想解的排序方法综合评估各故障模式的危害度,获得了影响炮闩系统可靠性的主要故障模式和关键重要件。

Abstract:In order to confirm the spares of the breech system's parts,the Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making was introduced to analyze each fault mode's damage to the reliability of breech system based on the analysis of fault modes.Both the attributes and weighting were confirmed,and trapezoidal fuzzy numbers were adopted to simulate their characteristics.Technique or Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution was applied to synthetically evaluate the damage of each fault mode.As a result,the main fault modes and key important parts,influencing the reliability of breech system,are obtained.
