| 摘 要： | 全球气候问题愈来愈严峻,给经济和社会带来了很大影响。为了缓解这些问题,国际社会和学术界都高度的关注和参与,碳金融应运而生。本文界定了碳金融,并在此基础上讨论了当前中国碳金融交易面临的问题并提出建议。

| Abstract: | As temperatures rise due to global climate change,carbon finance emerges as required.In this paper,the author analyzes the theoretical basis of carbon trading and identifies the carbon finance.And then the author discusses the challenges of the carbon trading problem in China and finally proposes how to make perfect carbon trading mechanism. |
