中小企业财务管理存在的问题及对策

我国的国民经济中,中小企业有着不可代替的部分。各种各样的不利因素的影响,使得其在财务管理方面存在着诸多问题,从而使得中小企业在竞争日益激烈的市场之中处于不利地位。本文研究了我国中小企业的财务管理方面进行了研究,就管理上面的问题作出了分析,而且基于这些研究分析的资料上对中小企业如何进行财务管理提出了相应的对策。

Small and medium-sized enterprises are important components of the national economy.Due to internal and external factors,there are many problems in financial management,so that small and medium-sized enterprises are at a disadvantage position in the increasingly competitive market.This article studies the financial management in small and medium-sized enterprises,analyzes the problems in management,and on this basis puts forward countermeasures to solve the financial management problems in small and medium-sized enterprises.
