| Abstract: | As the change of the modern business management way and the external condition, the logistics formation of the third party logistics has become noticeable and the sphere of learning and the industrial circles also show the enormous interesting in it. This paper expatiated the basic conception of the third party logistics, compared the third party logistics with the tradition logistics, analyzed the actuality of the third party logistics, and studied the function and characteristic of the third party logistics. At last, paper analyzed the development foreground of the third party logistics. |
