基于时间的易变质品整合补货发货模型

近年来,VMI被越来越多的企业采用,它使企业效率和效益得到提高,因此,VMI便成为了企业库存控制的重点。文中分析了VMI环境下整合补货发货策略,并考虑产品变质率服从威布尔分布因素,以总成本最低建立了需求服从Possion分布的整合补货发货模型,确定了补货周期和最佳库存水平,并分析各个参变量对模型总成本的影响。
