| 摘 要： | 文中从产融结合的基本内涵出发,归纳出产融结合的特点,在供应链管理创新过程中,产融结合可以为其提供创新的理念基础、组织基础、技术基础,通过产融结合理念优化供应链管理流程,通过构建内外部供应链中各节点单位紧密的协作关系,来整合客户的信息流、资金流,在整个供应链中实行客户信息和资金资源的共享,在为顾客创造价值的同时也为企业自身及其合作伙伴创造价值。在分析国外具有代表性的供应链管理创新模式的基础上提出了基于产融结合的我国的供应链管理创新的建设体系。
