| 摘 要： | 课程建设与改革是提高教学质量的核心,也是教学改革的重点与难点。文中探索从社会需求调查与职业岗位分析、开发基于工作过程的专业核心课程等方面说明以职业能力培养为核心的课程体系构建过程;并从课程实施的基本思路、教学模式设计、实施环境创设、教学组织过程等方面阐述了以职业能力培养为核心的课程实施。
