| 摘 要： | 物流成本居高不下一直是我国现代物流业发展的瓶颈。物流地产的出现,在降低固定资产成本、运营成本、用地成本和提高土地利用率上起了很大的促进作用。物流地产发展过程中面临的问题作了梳理。对促进物流地产健康发展提出了切实可行的建议。

| Abstract: | It has been a bottleneck with the high cost of logistics in the development of modern logistics industry.The emergence of logistics real estate played an important role in which fixed assets,reduced operating costs,land costs and improve utilization of the land.This paper studied the problems of development process in Logistics real estate and made a practical suggestion in order to promote the healthy development of the logistics real estate. |
