| 摘 要： | 文中基于利益相关者理论,借助绩效棱柱的思想和方法,从利益相关者满意、战略、流程、能力和利益相关者贡献五个内在相互匹配的维度对广西物流企业快速反应能力评价指标体系进行初步设计,且运用改进的模糊层次分析法求出评价指标权重,运用功效系数法对物流企业快速反应能力进行综合评价。

| Abstract: | With the thoughts and methods of the performance prism,we made the preliminary design of the evaluation index system of logistics enterprise quick response from five internal matching dimensions: stakeholders satisfaction,strategy,process,ability and stakeholder contribution,then worked out the weight of each index by the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method and the comprehensive evaluation of the logistic enterprise quick response capability by the efficiency coefficient method. |
