摘    要:网络广告作为电子商务的重要形式,在给人们带来快捷、方便、廉价的产品信息的同时,也产生了大量的法律问题,如:网络广告主体不确定、虚假广告或侵害消费者利益等问题,成为制约电子商务发展以及维护消费者权益的法律瓶颈,及时解决这些问题,在立法和司法实践上都有重大意义.

Abstract:Online ads,as among the important forms of electronic commerce,brings about a veriety of legal problems as well as the expediecy and inexpensive goods,examples for those are;the un-ascertainableness of subjects of online ads poster,attribution of the liability for fraudulent ads and formative clauses in infringement of interests of consumers,all of these,has blocked the further development of electronic commerce and the consumer protection laws.A prompt resole of these problems has aignificance in legislation and judicial practice.
