| 摘 要： | 中国城乡居民身份二元性已经成为中国城市化、工业化和谐发展及中国突破二元经济结构的重要制约因素，因此，对地震灾区来讲，在重塑灾后城乡经济社会的进程中，应从淡化城乡居民身份二元性角度、全方位对城乡居民实行公平直接救援和实施有利于消除城乡居民身份二元性的长期安置政策，以促进灾区城乡社会、经济重建的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | The dual status of urban and rural inhabitants in China has been becoming the main obstacles in realizing the urbanization and industrialization and in breaking through the dual-economic structure in China,so the government should carry out fairly the direct aid programs and the long-term arrangement polices to remove the dual status of urban and rural inhabitants and improve the social harmonious development during the process of economic-rebuilding after the huge earthquake in China. |
