| 摘 要： | 通过讨论城市轨道交通与土地开发的关系,运用模糊评价的方法对其间的关系进行了评价,得到城市轨道交通对土地开发强度的影响很大;土地开发强度对城市轨道交通客流吸引力的影响也很大的结论。并且指出在城市轨道交通建设中,应结合国家土地政策,注意土地开发的结构和规模的合理性

| Abstract: | By discussing the relationship between urban mass transit and landdevelopment, the paper evaluates this relationship by means of fuzzy assessmentmethod and concludes that urban mass transit has an important influence to theintensity of land development. Furthermore, this intensity also plays an importantrole in attracting passenger volume for urban mass transit. The paper also pointsout that during the construction of urban mass transit, we shall pay attention to thestructure of land development and the rationality of scale by referring to the landpolicy of government. |
