| Abstract: | The copyright case of Google and the copyright dispute of China＇s digital library are great challenges for the development of digital library. This paper solves the potential dangers which are faced with the development process of digital library, and promote the healthy development of digital library through the completion of legislation contents and legislative concepts of intellectual property about digital library. |
