摘    要:采用盐酸介质中氯酸钠氧化浸出方法对废催化剂中的铂进行分离实验研究。对浸出过程的浸出温度、浸出时间、浸出用氯酸钠浓度、液固比等因素进行了单因子实验,实验结果表明,浸出温度90℃,浸出时间3h,液固比4:1,6mol/L盐酸2ml/g和0.4mol/L氯酸钠2ml/g时,铂的浸出效率可达87.43%。

Abstract:Oxidation leaching platinum in Spent Catalyst with Hydrogen Peroxide in hydrochloric acid media was researched. The factors in leaching process of leaching temperature, time, solid-liquid ratio and concentration of NaClO3 were discussed with the single-factor test. The results show that leaching rate is 87.43% in conditions of leaching temperature of 90 ℃, leaching time of 3 h, hydrochloric acid solid-liquid ratio of 4:1,2 ml/g HCl of 6 mol/Land 2 ml/g NaClO3 of 0.4 mol/L.
