| 摘 要： | 近年来对于物流企业的组织形式有了各种各样的探讨，而我国物流业与发达国家情况不同，我们国家有大量的民间物流能力，运输力量集中度相对比较低。本文从物流企业与运输业户合作的角度探讨了一种新的物流组织实现的可能性。

| Abstract: | In recent years, there are various to organizational forms of the logistic enterprise in our nation, the logistic industry of our country is different from situation of developed country, our country has a large amount of folk logistic ability, and the transport ability concentration degree is very low. At based on logistic enterprise cooperate with transport service family, this text discussions the possibility of a kind of new logistic enterprise organize. |
