科技型小微企业突发风险及其影响因素的灰熵评价

摘    要:科技型小微企业突发风险的评价是进行突发风险控制与管理研究的第一个阶段,是发现潜在突发风险并且伴随整个突发风险管理的关键过程。在分析科技型小微企业突发风险特征的基础上,构建突发风险评价指标体系,建立一种科技型小微企业突发风险及其影响因素的灰熵评价方法。利用该方法可以从许多突发风险中识别出重要的突发风险,从突发风险影响因素中识别出关键的影响因素,能为科技型小微企业制订突发风险控制与监督措施提供科学合理的依据。

Abstract:Emergency risk evaluation of technology-based small micro enterprise is the first stage of emergent risk control and management, which is a key process to find potential emergency risk and entire emergency risk management, Aiming at evaluation of emergency risk of the technology-based small micro enterprises, this paper builds an evaluated index system of emergency risk and establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of Grey entropy about evaluating emergency risks of technology-based small micro enterprise and influencing factors, which based on the analysis of characteristics of emergency risk of technology-based small micro enterprise The model can be used to identify the important risk from many emergency risks, to identify the key influence factors form many risk factors, and to provide scientific and reasonable basis for small micro enterprises formulating emergency risk control and supervision measures.
