| 摘 要： | 冲压同步工程分析（SE）,即运用DFM（Design for Manufacturability）的方法及辅以先进的CAE技术在整车开发的过程中对整车零件进行冲压成形性能评价,在满足制造要求和零件设计之间找到最优结合点,有效降低设计风险及设计成本。文章简要介绍了冲压SE工作的一般内容、目标以及在SGMW某新项目中的应用情况。
