| 摘 要： | 本文在总结水利工程对生态环境的各种影响的基础上．对水利工程所产生的生态问题从辩证法的角度进行了分析．从当代人与后代人之间的关系、人与自然的关系着手分析了水利工程生态问题的根源。水利建设与生态保护是一对矛盾对立统一体．人的主观能动性能够促进矛盾向好的方面转化。

| Abstract: | This paper rationally analyses the ecological environment influences of hydraulic engineering and point out the root of that problem.It is that the relationship of contemporary person and their descendants and the relationship of humanity and nature is the key.Hydraulic engineering and ecology protection are incompatible entia and human's subjectivity can alleviate the conflict even solve that problem. |
