| Abstract: | Based on the reports of the 16th national congress of the CPC and the central economic working conference, the authors analyze the deficiencies in corporate governance of the state-owned firms in China, and bring forward effective measures to prefect corporate governance by building a new management regime of the state-owned assets and strengthening the functions of director board. |
