电子商务与物流浅析

近年来，随着国际经济和信息技术的迅速发展，电子商务和物流在世界范国内得到了长足的进步。我国的物流理论和实践的研究起步较晚，同发达国家和地区相比还存在很大差距，已成为制约我国电子商务发展的瓶颈。本文在论述电子商务和物流关系的基础上，分析了我国目前电子商务物流的现状及存在的问题，并从认识、观念、系统和人才等方面提出了我国电子商务物流发展的对策。

The Analysis of E-Commerce and Logistics

With the rapid development of world economy and information tech, E-commerce and logistics have obtained substantial progress over the last few years. Due to the various reasons, the study of logistics theory and application, which exists a rather big gap between china and developed countries and regions, has already been a 'bottle neck' that impedes the e-commerce development of china. Based on the relation of e-commerce and logistics, this thesis analyzes the current situation of e-commerce logistics in china and comes to form the development strategy of e-commerce logistics concerning certain aspects such as realization, conception, system, talented people and so on.
