| 摘 要： | 建设和谐文化是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要任务，社会主义核心价值体系是建设和谐文化的根本；以社会主义核心价值体系指导民营企业文化建设具有重要性和紧迫性；以社会主义核心价值体系推进民营企业文化建设必须从两方面入手，构建以社会主义核心价值体系推进民营企业文化建设的理论框架。

| Abstract: | To construct a harmonious culture is an important task in the establishing of the harmonious socialist society, and the system of core socialist values is essential in establishing the harmonious culture： It is important and pressing that the culture construction of private enterprises be guided by the system of core socialist values. And, the culture construction of private enterprises on the basis of a system of core socialist values must commence from two sides, establish theoretical framework for the culture construction of private enterprises on the basis of a system of core socialist values. |
