企业民主管理的冷思考

本文认为,在市场经济条件下,加强企业民主管理,应进一步提高对民主管理的认识,明确行使民主权利的范围和职工行使民主权利的机构并将其制度化,充分调动广大职工参与民主管理的积极性和创造性,从最基层的班组抓起,加强民主管理教育,立足企业实际,不断拓展企业民主管理新形式。

The author maintains that,in the market economy,to strengthen corpor ate democratic management,we should,first,fully understand the significance o f democratic management;second,clarify the scale that we can exercise the demo cratic rights and the institution that will help the employees to exercise their democratic rights,and realize institutionalization;third,fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees;strengthen the education of democratic m anagement;constantly explore more other democratic management systems.
