| Abstract: | By introducing the high-speed railway in Sweden and France,the article describes the development strategy and management of high speed railway in the world,making a point that China should develop railway rapid transit system,determine the development strategy and strengthen governmental responsibility,improve analysis and forecast ability as well as take advantage of relevant policies to be more competitive in the world market. |
