Factors in Field of Intellectual Property that Influence Social Harmony and their Cause Analysis

There exists in the process of the production, transmission and using of intellectual property many extruding factors that influence social harmony, and the conflict of rights in this field becomes more and more apparent. There are many causes of such a problem, some of them are institutional, for example, the imperfect and unscientific law institutions; some are from the subjects, for example, the unbalanced development of the lagging and leading ideas; still some are from the objects, for example, the blurring of the borderline of rights due to the intangibleness of intellectual property itself, "one object with many rights" and "one right used by many". The theoretical analysis is the precondition for our solving the relevant problems.
