| 摘 要： | 本文主要分两部分内容 ,第一部分分析了英国风险投资业发展的历史和现状。文中分析了英国风险投资业在经过 1 986年到 1 989年的快速发展后 ,于 1 992年跌到了低谷的原因及其有关现象 ,介绍了英国风险投资业的现状 ,包括新筹措的风险资本情况及投资回报情况等。第二部分分析了英国风险投资业发展对我国的启示。
