The Mobile Game of Investment of Sino-Foreign Contractual Joint Ventures

According to the statistical data of 2002, 56. 0% of foreign investment in sino-foreign contractual joint ventures and 41.4% in sino-foreign equity joint ventures were not executed conforming to contracts, and there were serious breaking contract behavior. This paper analyzes foreign investment behavior in china through game theory, and reflects the games between Chinese and foreign parties to strengthen managing the actual investment scientifically.
