摘    要:本轮房价飙升令世人注目,且事关国家经济发展、社会稳定和金融安全。诱发房价快速上涨的因素很多,本文分析了我国土地制度、住房供给体制和住宅金融体制的缺失,试图从一个新视角来剖析房价上涨过快的制度因素,并提出建立长效机制的政策建议。

Abstract:Rapid housing price not only causes the concern of the world,but also affects the development of national economy,stability of the society and safety of banking and finance. The paper tries to analyze bust of housing price from a new angle-the defects of land,housing supply and housing finance system. And policy recommendation is put forward for a more effective and long-term mechanism.
