| 摘 要： | 中国与东盟在“10＋1”框架下，政治、经济、社会、地区安全等方面的合作已全面展开，贸易往来取得不凡的成绩。在此基础上，形成了为地区经济服务的中国一东盟大物流环境，区位优越的广西正处在物流区域的枢纽地位。广西必须重新设计和实施物流战略，建设适应东盟新兴经济体的现代物流体系，把广西打造成涵盖大西南、面向大东盟的区域性国际物流中心。

| Abstract: | Under the ＂10 ＋ 1＂ framework, cooperation between China and ASKAN has been in full swing in the aspects of polities, e- conomy, society and regional security ete, and remarkable achievements in trade have been made. On this basis, there have formed China - ASEAN large logistics environment serving the regional economy. Guangxi is located right at the hub of the regional logisfies ar- ea. Guangxi should re-design and implement its logistics strategy to build up a modern logistics system to adapt to the emerging econo- mies of ASEAN, and make it a regional international logistics center which covers the southwest China and eater for the serviee for ASEAN. |
