| 摘 要： | 目前，现代化企业的经营环境跟我国工商管理学科教育创立时的环境相比已发生深刻变化：网络化、智能化、自动化、国际化、规模化、资本化、股份制等等，面对企业新的经营环境和新的职能建立，工商管理学科的教育内容和方法应做出相应的调整。
